Class B Notes
Class B Notes offer investors an 8% simple annual interest rate, providing a solid return opportunity for those committing $100,000 or more. This tier is ideal for individuals seeking dependable, steady returns with a lower minimum capital requirement than Class A Notes. Availability is limited to qualified investors meeting the minimum threshold.
Class C Notes
Class C Notes and/or Equity–Manager may make exceptions through addenda at its own discretion based on the amount invested regarding returns and length of time money will be committed to the Company.
