Larry Owsley
Larry Owsley launched his real estate career in 1975 and has spent five decades transforming Oklahoma’s development landscape. Starting with a single duplex, he grew to own and manage over 400 rental units before pivoting to large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Following the 2008 financial crisis, Larry pioneered the use of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and tax-exempt municipal bonds to fund infrastructure and construction—without relying on traditional bank debt.

Robert A. Hefner IV is a fourth-generation entrepreneur, investor, and the Co-Founder of Catalyst Capital Fund, a purpose-driven investment firm focused on generating disciplined returns while building lasting community impact. With a legacy rooted in energy and a career spanning real estate development and public-private partnerships, Robert brings a multi-dimensional perspective to the evolving investment landscape.
